Another choppy day for bulls and bears. After a gap up openig of 20 points some buying has seen. And there were bears shorting at every rise, But after testing the patience of both set of traders Nifty chopped out bulls and bears. Nifty finally closed 8.45 points up at 5131.70

• Cipla(+5.56%), Ranbaxy(+5.06%), Rpower(+4.92%), Siemens(+4.74%) and Hindalco(+2.56%) were the top gainers in the Nifty stocks
• Tata Motors(-3.27%), IDFC(-2.82%), Suzlon(-2.30%), ICICI Bank(-1.73%) and HindUnilever(-1.66%) were the top losers in the Nifty stocks
• Advance : Decline in Nifty stocks is 29:21
• Index Options PCR is at 1.18
• India VIX is at 25.99
• FII's were net buyers in the cash market with equities worth Rs. 331 Cr
• DII's were net sellers in the cash market with equities worth Rs. 199 Cr
